Helping and Healing Through the Hardest Times

Nic Wallace’s motivation to heal

Nic Wallace was diagnosed with brain cancer in his spine and was motivated through research ways to heal it. When medical professionals told him the cancer was rare, he took it upon himself to find a cure.

He held off progression through medications, treatments, surgery, and alternative modalities for some time. Nic beat the odds and the initial prognosis timeline his physicians offered him. His journey left him with tumor involvement in the spine and bone, developing pain and mobility challenges. His immense determination and perseverance guided him to the gym, where he included yoga and Jiu Jitsu to help him heal and gain mobility.

A mother’s love at the end-of-life

A few years later, Nic’s cancer returned and progressed rapidly. He and his wife moved into his mother’s home as he progressed into hospice-level care.

As a mom of an adult child with a terminal diagnosis, she candidly shares her journey in caregiving as she supported her son in his end-of-life transition. In addition, she conveys her knowledge and methods for navigating these challenges and how she could be there for him in this most difficult time.

Krishna hopes that sharing her approach and perspective may help others with similar end-of-life experiences; listen in as she opens up about her grief and emotions.
